Terms of service

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using Card Studio (hubspotcards.com) you enter into this agreement with Consile ApS ("Consile", "we"). If you use Card Studio on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are entitled to bind that company.

2. The service

Card Studio is a visual designer for HubSpot app cards: you build cards from blocks, connect your HubSpot portal, and publish. Cards can be served by our hosted runtime or shipped as a generated HubSpot project that is deployed to, and owned by, your own portal.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential and your account information accurate. The organization owner administers members and their roles. You are responsible for activity that happens under your organization's accounts.

4. Your data and content

The cards, templates and configurations you create remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to host, render and deploy them, and nothing more. CRM data flows first-party between HubSpot and your users; we do not store your CRM records (see the privacy policy). Apps that Card Studio generates and deploys to your portal belong to you.

You are responsible for the cards and apps you build and publish, for the data they read from and write to your portal, and for your own compliance obligations toward the people whose data lives in your CRM. You will indemnify us against third-party claims that arise from your content or from use of the service in breach of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Use Card Studio lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe or access other tenants' data, or resell the service without a separate agreement. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other customers at risk.

6. Third-party platforms

HubSpot is an independent platform with its own terms, which apply to your portal. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of the HubSpot platform, though we do our best to keep Card Studio aligned with it. The same applies to other third-party services the product depends on, such as Google (sign-in) and our hosting providers: we are not liable for their availability, changes or acts.

7. Price

Card Studio is free while in early access. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, you get at least 30 days notice, and nothing is ever charged retroactively. Continued use after a price change takes effect counts as acceptance.

8. Availability and support

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without an uptime guarantee during early access. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Features may change or be discontinued during early access. We provide support on a reasonable-effort basis at support@consile.dk.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, and loss or corruption of data. We are also not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including outages of hosting, network or third-party platforms. Our total liability under this agreement is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months or DKK 1,000. Claims must be raised no later than 12 months after you became aware, or should have become aware, of the circumstances giving rise to them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, such as liability caused by our intent or gross negligence.

10. Termination

You can stop using Card Studio at any time and ask us to delete your organization's data. We may terminate or suspend the agreement on breach of these terms, with reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will adjust the date at the top. Material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
